Responsibilities
• Profitability and Sales Yield monitoring• Ensuring accuracy in yielding and identifying ways to reduce cost• Planning and preparing in terms of personnel scheduling and resources• Ensuring kitchen systems, standards, and procedures are followed by staff• Checking and reporting maintenance needs of equipment and amenities• Recommending ways to improve production and operations• Planning, implementing, and monitoring production systems• Responding to food quality concerns and implementing action plans• Preparing and analyzing production reports• Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards• Monitoring FSS results and providing feedback• Coaching and guiding BOH personnel on kitchen systems and procedures
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management or equivalent• Experience in the restaurant industry• Acute financial management skills• Ability to manage operating costs within budgets• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Excellent leadership skills• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
