Kitchen Exhaust Crew

Cleaning of Kitchen Exhaust System, Kitchen Hoods, Filters and Fans
- Actual consolidation of KES Deficiencies of all Food Tenants and KEFs
- Coordinate and report to Immediate Superior and Tenant's Representative of the status of the KES
- Maintaining the cleanliness of company tools, equipment, and vehicles each night
- Final clean-up in kitchens by wiping down the hoods, mopping the floors, etc (Clean As You Go)
- Digital photography of all work performed at each job (Before and After)
- Independent completion of work projects with limited supervision

**Job Specification**
- At least high school graduate
- Willing to work at shifting schedules (Night Shift)
- Willing to be relocated, work during holidays, and overtime duties
