This position is responsible for preparation of hot and/or cold food within the assigned kitchen, ensuring that the quality of work conforms with standards. 
Ensures that all food items are ready for service within the standard preparation timeFollow services proceduresChecks that all gauges, timers, and knobs of machines are functioning properlyReports immediately any malfunctioning of equipment to superiorConsistently performs in accordance with set levelsCooperates and coordinates with colleagues whenever necessaryPrepares mis-en-place as advised by superiorCompletes par stocking of cooking supplies and equipmentFollows cost control proceduresStore food items properlyPerforms other duties and tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time
