RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible in the full cycle implementation of Accounts Opening, Sales Negotiation, Booking, Development, Management, Merchandising, and monitoring of deliveries, including execution of the daily call out procedure (ISaraMoPO) specifically dedicated for On Premise Alco Accounts only such as:
- Bars
- Adult Entertainment
- Restaurants
- Hotel/Motels
- Resorts
- Any On site establishment serving Alco and operates beyond 10pm.
Territory Survey and Penetration
Prospect potential outlets
Identify potential areas such as POI's and other business opportunities, strategies and initiatives.
Open New Outlets and Expand Availability of ABI Products with emphasis on Alco.
Negotiation
Negotiate and follow-up agreements / contracts and trade terms based on the value proposal e.g. credit, discount, promotion, bundles, outlet decoration/ makeover
Development
Execute and follow-up on KPIs such as sales, volume, productivity and availability
Develop new categories in key outlets
Guarantee the execution of the PicOS elements, price and availability
Continuously increase existing business in the accounts handled.
Administration
Register work orders e.g. outlet details update and cooler equipment requests
Perform administrative services such as data maintenance, survey and asset control
Management
Ensure smooth interactions and hand-off with other internal functions e.g. alignment with call center agent, supervisor and back office support
Merchandise
Ensure deployment and utilization of merchandising materials in outlet
Execute merchandising on promotions and PICOS
Train outlet owners on achieving PICOS e.g. maintenance of prices, image, etc.
Sell
Conduct in-store check on inventory
Ensure sell-in of suggested order quantity per SKU (portfolio compliance)
Perform the price promotions in order to increase sales
Order Taking
Ensure order taking in all outlets
Ensure transmission of order or synching process for delivery
Perform returns / exchange of products, when Sales Group Leader authorizes
