Key Accounts Supervisor - Cebu

Job Responsibilities: Supports in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact for all communications and inquiries.Supports account teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and projects.Helps in implementing strategic marketing plans in collaboration with clients and internal teams.Monitors and helps in analyzing campaign performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.Presents campaign results and recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner.Collaborates with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaignsStay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and provide thought leadership to clients and internal teams. Job Requirements: BS/BA in Business, Finance, Management, or a relevant field.At least three (3) years of experience in a relevant position obtained from an FMCG company.Passion for growth and strong time management skills to work in a changeable environment.Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.Good communication and people skills.Aptitude in problem-solving.Desire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approach.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Amenable to onsite work and shifting schedule.
