- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, and/or Engineering Field
- Previous experience in Technical Sales or Cost Estimation in Construction, Engineering, Energy, or Architecture
- Has the capacity to understand and be trained on technical aspect of the business
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty
