Key Accounts Specialist

Job Scope:

To conceptualize, develop and implement business development plans and strategies targeted at industrial and bakery customers and related channels in the assigned territories. Business plans and strategies are aimed at increasing and improving customer and area penetration of Grand Nourriture International Inc. (GNI) products in each of the territories covered.

To establish functional and operational relationships with other GNI departments towards achieving the said business objectives.

To achieve assigned sales and census targets for the specified territories

Key Accountabilities:

1. Develop and manage directly serviced industrial and bakery customers in the assigned territory

2. In-charge in the assigned territory sales and coordinate activities with other GNI departments

3. Ensure to meet sales target

4. Identify business opportunities in the assigned trade channel

5. Submits on time, complete sales reports and updates all accounts receivables

6. Do other tasks related to the position.

Job Qualification

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field.
Proven experience as Key Accounts Specialist or similar role in food industry or related field.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer preferences.
With demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts successfully
Exceptional verbal and written communication skill
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
