Key Accounts Manager

• Responsible for ensuring that the company's sales objectives across all regions in the country are met.
• Work with the senior management team to set revenue and sales goals on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.
• Responsible for leading the sales team.
• Suggest manpower requirements, conduct performance review and propose reward activities for the sales team.
• Ensure sufficient supply and demand of goods.
• Set Competitive pricing and provide discounts as well as records data about sales trends in individual territories. • Works with distributors and dealers to establish proper displays, product knowledge and create strategies for the business.
• Responsible for the marketing and advertising activities for CBY products.
• Create productive marketing strategies to ensure consistent brand identity in all correspondence and campaigns and liaise with other executives to identify new markets.
• Work with senior management to devise and implement innovative go-to-market strategies
• Responsible for exceptional customer service and for the overall clients' satisfaction.
• Create new programs to meet the needs of the company's channel partners and help reach expected revenue.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of any Business Course
• 5 years experience in Sales
• 5 years experience as Manager / Supervisor
• Speaks English and Chinese

SALARY:
60,000.00 - 70,000.00
