Reporting to: Key Account Manager
As a Key Accounts Supervisor, you will manage sales, expenses, and inventory within a defined customer and geographic area. You will work with merchandisers in achieving target sales of our products within your assigned accounts.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Effectively manages individuals/teams to optimize their productivity and engagement which includes work planning, performance management, coaching and development, and team culture management. Takes overall responsibility for the supervision of all consignment stores, ensuring timely restocking to consistently meet and exceed target goals which includes effective management of inventory for optimal stock levels. Maintains the quality and presentation of products on display, ensuring optimal stocking levels, and visual appeal. Actively engages in selling and collecting payments from Outright Accounts, ensuring timely and accurate account management. Skills Required: Leadership and people management skills to ensure collaborations are smooth; decisions are well-informed, and both team and business objectives are consistently understood and met. Effective communication and presentation skills to convey ideas, information, and strategies to the team and stakeholders. Negotiation skills to have efficient conversations involving buyer concerns, concessions, established value and compromise to achieve product strength and profitability. Client management skills to effectively set realistic expectations, build trust, and prioritize client's needs.
