Job Qualification:

Preferably with sales work related experience in a FMCG Company

Bachelor's Degree in any business related field

Excellent interpersonal skills

4.
Computer Literate, must be proficient in MS Programs

5.
Strong Verbal and written communication skills

6.
Willing to do field work in Naga City area and nearby provinces

**Job Description**:

- Monitor sales, stocks availability, pricing, quality of display, competitor activities, and activity of sales coordinator.
- Conduct business review with management and customers
- Propose to management plans on how to develop business of the accounts.
- Establish good relationship with the customer's decision-makers.
- Manage the promotional activities of the company and accounts.
- Opening of potential clients.
- Pipelining of the must have sku's
- Processing of customers order and monitor the delivery.
- Ensure that collections are being prioritized.
Reconciliation of aging balances is a must.
- Manage the bad orders of accounts
