**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to deliver sales targets, build and maintain strong client relationships, and uphold a positive company image.
This role requires expertise in technical sales, lead generation, and exceptional customer management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Achieve annual sales targets, secure new accounts, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Develop technical knowledge of company products to provide effective customer presentations and demonstrations.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of customers and sales records.
- Participate in sales activities, including trade exhibits, conferences, and product launches.
- Act as the liaison between the company and customers to address project concerns and collections.
- Identify business opportunities and threats to support strategic planning.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports promptly.
- Represent the company professionally to uphold its image and brand.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field (non-board passers are welcome).
- 1–5 years of sales experience, preferably in ELV/Auxiliary Systems.
- Proven track record in lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
- Fluent in English and persuasive in discussions.
