• Drives selling and negotiation of sales target in the head office of the account.
• Establishes sales targets and goals on a monthly basis.
• Identifying and acquiring new distributors, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.
• Analyzing market trends and competitors' activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.
• Building strong relationships with key accounts.
• Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services.
