SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for ensuring that the company's sales objectives across all regions in the country are met.Work with the senior management team to set revenue and sales goals on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.Responsible for leading the sales team. Suggest manpower requirements, conduct performance review and propose reward activities for the sales team. Create and implement a comprehensive sales training program within a certain time frame that will keep the sales team at the forefront of the industry and help each salesperson to reach their goal.Lead (daily, weekly, monthly) sales meetings. Provide new and innovative training for the sales team. Ensure sufficient supply and demand of goods. Set Competitive pricing and provide discounts as well as records data about sales trends in individual territories. Works with distributors and dealers to establish proper displays, product knowledge and create strategies for the business.Responsible for the marketing and advertising activities for CBY products. Create productive marketing strategies to ensure consistent brand identity in all correspondence and campaigns and liaise with other executives to identify new markets.Work with senior management to devise and implement innovative go-to-market strategiesResponsible for exceptional customer service and for the overall clients' satisfaction.Create new programs to meet the needs of the company's channel partners and help reach expected revenue. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of any Business CourseAt least 3 solid years in FMCGAt least 5 years as a ManagerSpeaks English and Chinese SCHEDULE AND WORK ARRANGEMENT: On site (CBY Head Office)Schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 n.n.
