Key Account Agent

Key Responsibilities: Play a fundamental role in finding and setting up Key Accounts, taking responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new customers. Establish relationships with Key Accounts and provide a high standard of customer service continually. Visit Key Accounts as needed to ensure sales targets are met. Troubleshoot any issues and identify potential growth opportunities to further grow the business. Key Metrics: Acquire 150 Key Accounts in a 3-month period. Maintain 100 monthly ordering stores. Generate and deliver 6M in GMV monthly. Knowledge, Skills And Experience Requirements: Ability to multitask and manage multiple Key Accounts. Goal-oriented, organized team player. Self-motivated and self-directed. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills. Qualifications, Certifications And Education Requirements: Four to five years of previous work experience in field sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, presenter, and a people-person. Proven results in delivering Key Account sales and meeting sales goals.
