Your RoleYou will be managing all day-to-day financial responsibilities as required by the Knowledge center to minimize bad debt for assigned companies. This role requires a deep understanding of credit risk management principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to implement effective risk management strategies. Together with your team you will perform credit-granting decisions in line with internal competencies delegated to the Knowledge Center.
Your ResponsibilitiesAssist the Accounts Receivables Manager in meeting the targets set forth in both Compliance Plan and the Risk Management Plan.Conduct calls with customers to review Financial Statements.Manage Credit Risk Analyst staff supporting assigned companies.Coordinate communication with Credit Insurance for Credit Coverage.Liaise with Branch Managers, Area Controllers, Sales with ultimate escalation of credit situations with external and internal customers.General Accounting responsibilities to ensure that credit risk goals are achieved and accurate business records and sound bookkeeping procedures are maintained.Develop and analyze credit reports and Financial Statements regularly.Maintain and encourage enthusiasm, energy, inspiration, and expertise.Assist various levels of management with any/all queries regarding business health and trends (i.e. Risk Alerts, Credit Limit reduction or Suspension, etc.).Work closely with all Credit Risk Analysts and Collection Team.Review and validate all business cases for all KN Asian companies going to Local and Global CFO.Provide backup support for Credit Insurance coordination for all Asian companies.Provide Customer Service Excellence to both internal and external customers.Other tasks as assigned.Your Skills and ExperiencesBachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience.4+ years of credit risk qualification experience including financial statement analysis.Intensive Financial Analysis experience.Corporate Insurance underwriting experience.High proficiency with MS Excel required.Organized, detail-oriented, hands-on, and a team player.Ability to follow through on all required tasks and within the prescribed deadlines.Project Management experience of 2-3 years is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.Additional language skills are an advantage.Good Reasons to JoinWe want to be the best company to work for and with.
