J OB DESCRI P TION:
Receive, reconcile and process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switches, including facilitation of investor money movements; Receive, calculate the allocations and process capital calls and distributions for the fund, including facilitation of investor money movements and capital call and distribution notices; Capturing and tracking investor capital activity and maintaining partners' capital accounts; Generate and distribute investor statements and other fund information through a secure investor portal; Maintain investor registers, including all static data, such as ERISA status, new issue eligibility, etc; Generation of tailored investor reporting; Maintenance of shareholder registers; Distribution of investor communications as required; Processing investor transfers. Y O UR P ROFI L E:
Previous work experience in fund administration and/or investor relations/transfer agency will be considered an asset; You have very good knowledge of excel and word; You have strong analytical and problem solving skills; Happy to work as part of an international team; Team player with a positive 'can do' attitude; A strong interest to learn and develop a strong career in fund administration in Philippines and other international offices.
