Junior Trader

Job Responsibilities:Performs Supply and Demand Analysis (S&D) which will help traders in decision making in trading strategies.Handles Inventory and Warehouse Management ActivitiesAnalyzes local inventory per area.Updates sugar and sweeteners positions.Proposes positions of sugar and sweeteners to the trader and head trader, based on transfer and freight costs.Calculates landed costs of imported commodities.Prepares weekly inventory report.Communicates with All Clients on a Daily BasisCommunicates with clients for new orders and market information.Monitors pricing and haggles pricing with customers.Communicates and monitors delivery schedules and ongoing deliveries with the client.Prepares Customer Onboarding applications for new business.Updates clients regularly for price movement and stock availability.Attends to and resolves client's concerns and issues.Conform with Regulatory and Statutory Requirements (standard for all)Practice Corporate Values, SOPs, GMPs.Conform to corporate quality requirements, statutory and regulatory requirements.Report any food safety related issues to identified personnel under the food safety team.Job Requirements:Minimum of 1 or 2 years' experience in Agricom, Shipping or Logistics industry.Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Business, Logistics or Mathematics related courses.Ability to negotiate or bargain with someone having aims, and needs.
