- Salary: 35,000
- Location: BGC Taguig (Hybrid set up)
- Schedule: Shifting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or equivalent preferred.
- 1+ years experience working with Knowledge Bases, Process Documentation and Technical Writing.
- Experience in Technical Support or Service Desk experience with focus on team dynamics/building is a plus- Experience in Training Documentation or Training Development, and Creating Job Aides, Presentations, Content Development for Web-Based Training is a plus
