JOB SUMMARY
Technical Support 1 is generally assigned for the upkeep of the company's asset deployed in
different areas across the country via on-site and remote implementations. The Technical Support
1 shall be analytical and sufficiently trained in every aspect of the job. They are expected to deliver
concise reports and outputs.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Worked as an IT/Computer technician from a reputable company.
2. Must have no derogatory records.
III. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
1. At least a graduate of any Computer, IT and any related courses
2. Must have at least 1 year of experience on scope of work

IV. SPECIALIZATION/TECHNICAL SKILLS
1. Multi-platform Operating System familiarity
2. Adept in both hardware, software and firmware Installation, upkeep and troubleshooting
