Junior System Analyst

- Location: BGC, Taguig (Hybrid, 3 days RTO per week)- Schedule: Shifting- Salary: open rateQualifications:— Obtained a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or other relevant courses— At least 3 months to 1 year working experience in supporting applications, handling incident and service requests— Required skillset: Unix, Shell scripting, Python, SQL, XML, Analytical Thinking, Java (optional)Job Responsibilities:— Mainly the work is related to handling of Customer complaints (Incidents) and the User requests (Service Request/SR) on daily basis. Focal will be required to contribute by handling the same. This will require analysis of the Incidents and Service Requests and providing the best solution to resolve/complete them.— Focal will be provided access to the necessary applications and KT/ Handover to perform the daily tasks.— Focal will also perform automations for the repeated Incidents or SRs to bring down the turn-around time of handling them.— This is a critical support role and may require on-call/ work in shift specially when we have Deployments or Major issue in Production system
