Junior System Analyst (Hybrid)

Qualifications:
— Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
— At least 6 months - 1 year of relevant experience
— Skills: Unix, Shell Scripting, Python, SQL, XML, Analytical Thinking, Java (optional)
Responsibilities:
— Handle customer complaints (Incidents) and user requests (Service Requests) daily
— Analyze and resolve issues using the provided tools and knowledge transfer
— Automate recurring incidents/SRs to reduce turnaround time
— Provide critical support and participate in on-call shifts during deployments or major production issues
