As a Junior Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for representing our clients on social channels using our content and channeling our voice to share knowledge, build community, and promote our services.You are a social media maven with a strong understanding of B2B and B2C content, what works on each social media channel, and how to generate and optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels (i.e., storytelling!).You enjoy starting and joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand, interacting with current and prospective customers, partners, and avatars.Location: Makati, PhilippinesWorking Hours: 8pm to 5am, Monday to FridayResponsibilities:•Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification•Create and maintain content calendars and publication schedules•Generate, edit, publish and share content (images, video, etc.) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action•Repurpose previously published content into new posts•Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of companys social content•Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.Qualifications:•3+ year experience in social media management and marketing, growing audiences and engagement.•With Design Skills in Canva (Preferred)•A passion for storytelling•Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills, with absolute mastery of English•Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge•Knowledge of online marketing and strong understanding of major marketing channels•A love of doing good for the world by helping nonprofits create a greater impact•Experienced on Canva, Hootsuite, Asana and Time Tracking•Newsletters Generating newsletters to promote content and product offerings•Nonprofit Working in/with nonprofit organizations
