Junior Site Engineer

Grails and Build Corp (GAB Corp) is currently looking for a Junior Site Engineer that will be responsible in providing project management support to residential projects in Cavite and Laguna areas. You will have regular contact with customers and the sales organization as a problem solver and discussion partner.2. You prepare specifications and calculations for static quotes and deliveries.3. You provide material lists for quotations to Sales and Operations team, for deliveries to the site4. You support the Procurement Team by determining appropriate site materials needed and formwork solutions that meet the projects' needs (economically, and in compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines).5. You ensure that work is on schedule and lead the planning and improvement of robust solutions to technical challenges, motivating cross-functional workers to deliver.6. Any other official duties as may be assigned by the Management.QualificationsWhat you need to qualify for the job:1. Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Architecture or equivalent education.2. Minimum 1 year of field experience3. Outstanding site management skills4. Well developed analytical skills and technical proficiency.5. Excellent proficiency in English6. Strong communication skills with concise and clarity to multiple stakeholder e.g. clients7. Licensed holder (Required)You should apply for this job if you have:1.
