Junior Service Engineer

We are looking for a highly analytic, team player, competent, result oriented and responsible candidate
who can fill the role of a Junior Service Engineer. Candidate must be knowledgeable in engine system,
Power train system, hydraulic system and electrical system.
Junior Service Engineer will be working closely with the After Sales Service Supervisor, Senior Service
Engineer and the rest of the service team, and will require excellent interpersonal skills as well as
communication skills.
Job Description:
• The Junior Service Engineer is responsible for all mechanical work carried out on the assigned job site,
new installations, maintenance and repair of heavy equipment
• Organizes the weekly schedule of work of the various teams of mechanics in accordance with the work
requests and maintenance requests approved by the Senior Service Engineer, prepare written work
orders for the worker.
• Supervises and ensures that the work given to a team is done properly and in the permissible time.
• Provides technical assistance to the /subordinates or mechanical worker when needed.
• Ensures adherence of the whole team of mechanicals to proper safety and quality procedures.
• Establish the list of necessary spare parts to perform the works prepares and validates the Store Issue
Notes, including Cost Codes, in accordance with the Work Orders received.
Requirements:
• With basic to intense training in component structure and function in engine system, Power Train
system, hydraulic system and Electrical System
• Ability to perform remove and install of minor component
• Ability to operate machine with full supervision of expert operator or mechanic
• Ability to use diagnostic tools
• Ability to conduct customer operator's training
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and procedure
• Ability to understand and interpret error codes of machine
• Ability to understand the standard values and repair classification
• Ability to interpret electrical and hydraulic diagram
• Must be willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
• Open for flexible working hours

Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree, Professional Licensed (Passed
Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Computer skills are required, use of Standard software (Microsoft suite) and use of specific software
for maintenance.
• Must know how to drive manual engine transmission
