Ultimately, you'll assist our company find and hiring the most qualified people for our open roles.
THE FINE PRINT
Mandatory Skills - Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment administration:
- Completely fluent in English reading and writing
- Ability to work quickly under pressure with attention to detail
- Ability to work remotely with strong self-discipline
- Must have your own laptop and reliable internet connection
- Tech-savvy
- Experience in a similar role (agency preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
**A high level of proficiency in**:
- Review, shortlist and schedule interviews
- Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
- Knowledge of proactive sourcing techniques and building a talent pool
