Position Title: Junior Recruiter
Salary: 30,000 - 35, 000 PHP monthly
Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor
Primary Relationships: Partner Team

Schedule: 10:00 PM TO 7:00 AM PH Time Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates within the US healthcare industry.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for healthcare roles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Administrative Support: Assist in the preparation of job descriptions, offer letters, and other recruitment-related documentation.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date entry of candidate information into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Communication and Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback.
Foster positive relationships with candidates to enhance their experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members and cross-functional departments to streamline the recruitment process.
Attend team meetings and contribute insights to improve recruitment strategies.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in recruitment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Has a "go-getter" personality
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Passion for contributing to the growth and success
