Duties: Verify availability, profitability and salability of sourced propertiesCreate financial simulations to determine the profitability of the sourced propertiesConduct market assessment and competitor scanning to confirm salability of the sourced propertiesRecommend properties to be moved to the next process (site visit)Collate initial requirements for properties to be accepted by the acquisition unit Job Requirements: With at least 3 years experience in market research and acquisitionReal estate experience is a plus.Must have Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or any related courseHas proven effective analytical, organization and coordination skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsMust be able to work with minimal supervision
