PM Jr_Job Description

Responsibilities:
Assist in Project Planning: Work closely with the senior project manager to develop project plans, including defining scope, goals, deliverables, tasks, and deadlines.
Resource Coordination: Help in coordinating resources, both human and material, required for project execution.
Communication: Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and management, ensuring everyone is updated and informed about project progress and changes.
Task Management: Monitor given projects and team tasks, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Quality Assurance: Support quality assurance efforts to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
Risk Management: Assist in identifying and managing project risks, including developing risk mitigation strategies.
Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant documents.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
