Job Description Job Summary:  We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Outbound Call Centre Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads, schedule appointments, and promote our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a strong focus on achieving call targets. Make volume outbound calls to potential customers to promote our full suite of services.Conduct market research and gather information to identify potential leads.Engage in professional and persuasive conversations to generate sales opportunities.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system.Achieve and exceed set targets for outbound call volume and sales.RequirementsRequirements/Skills Needed: 2 Years in a Lead Generation role working within the Australian or American MarketsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.A positive attitude and strong work ethic.Previous experience in Volume outbound sales calls.Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.Ability to work in a team and independently. Additional Job Details: Set-up and Location: Onsite/WFH | Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, and Cebu Work Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Manila time / 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AU NSW Employment Type: Full-time All interviews and other hiring requirements are done virtually or through video calls or emails.
