Junior Merchandiser (E-Commerce)

Work Requirement
Plan and implement merchandising strategies to boost sales and drive revenue.
Monitor the processing of sales orders to ensure accurate order details are processed on integrated OMS and ERP systems.
Monitor key trading tasks such as stock management, fragmentation, and product returns.
Manages all product creation, merchandising, and product enrichment on online platform and OMS systems.
Organize promotions, advertising campaigns, and markdowns to drive revenue and clear out excess product.

Work Experience
At least three (3) years relevant experience in e-commerce management and merchandising, preferably in retail industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Has advanced knowledge in budget, financial statements, strategic marketing and trend forecasting.
With excellent skills in Merchandising Management.
Analytical, creative and good in Mathematics.
Has excellent negotiation skills.
Amendable to work beyond working hours.
Amendable to travel locally and internationally when the need arises.
