YOUR ROLE Support the global dx License Management Team with administrative, documentation, and quality-control-tasks to build up Henkel's Software Asset Management (SAM) tool and roll out the process to the organization Handle the Global License Management and License Review process Configure Software Models for License Compliance Measurement in SAM Tool
Create, import, and execute quality gate; Update license entitlement records in the SAM tool
Act as a license management contact for requests addressed to license management team; Resolve tickets and tasks in the SAM tool
Design and update information and training materials for SAM in SharePoint  YOUR SKILLS Bachelor's Degree in Business Intelligence/ Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related courses
Minimum of three (3) years of IT-related experience (ServiceNow, IT Project Management/Coordination); Preferably with experience in handling Software Asset Management tools (such as ServiceNow SAM Pro, Flexera, and Apptio), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), or IT Service Management applications
Preferably with experience working with stakeholders from other regions Excellent command of spoken and written English, organized and analytical, adept at working in a collaborative team environment
Able to implement on-time and to handle multiple priorities in an agile environment (specific to Project Management)
