Junior Lead, Merchant Business Support Job Purpose Responsible for process standardization generating operational report to monitor SLAs ensuring correct and timely review of onboarding and maintenance requests, audit and process improvements. Monitors performance of merchants' regular reports. through a dashboard Standardizes and maintains the documentation of operational processes of Merchant Business Handles operational audit and regulatory reviews Provides support in the design, measure, analysis implementation and monitoring strategic projects to ensure that each operational aspect of the project is considered and scheduled for completion within specified timeframes Job Requirements Graduate of any 4-year course, preferrable business or management track With 3 to 4 years work experience in business support/operations in banking, financial, fintech or telecommunications industry Exposure to merchant acquiring or sales is an advantage
