Junior Java Developer

Qualifications
1. Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field (e.g., Computer Science or Software Engineering).
2. Completion of graduation ceremony is a mandatory requirement.
3. Must be proficient in coding across any platform, showcasing hands-on experience and problem-solving skills in software development.
4. Must have a comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including its various phases such as planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
5. Must have practical experience with Java, demonstrated through internships, freelance projects, or professional roles.
6. Must have a solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with the ability to apply key principles such as encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism, and abstraction in real-world scenarios.
7. Must have good communication skills.

Good to Have:
a. Background in Spring/Spring Boot Framework.
b. Background in banking system is a plus.
