Junior It Operations Engineer

The Kambi IT Operations is looking for NOC Engineers to further strengthen our team's ability to deliver prompt, efficient, and outstanding support to the IT Operations' requirement of the business.
Job Scope: Provide IT Support across all offices.Provide quality technical support to operators.System monitoring.Troubleshoot application and server problems and initiate necessary actions and escalation procedure.Qualifications: Experience providing IT Support - local or remote.Bachelor's degree in information technology or any related courses.Exposure to the Sportsbook industry is an advantage.Willing to learn new technologies.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.Good analytical skills.Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.Ability to work longer hours, night shifts, and shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.Good team player.Nice to have: Knowledge in Linux.You'll like Kambi if you: Thrive in a relaxed and high-paced work environment.Do not need supervision.Find technically complex systems thrilling.Aren't afraid to speak your mind.Take pride in being good at what you do and doing it well.Have high expectations of yourself and your peers.Enjoy working in a self-organizing, self-managing team.Think business value delivered is what defines great development.Think common sense goes a long way.What's in it for you?
