Junior Hr Associate

Employee Records and Administration:•Maintain and update employee records and databases.•Track and process leave requests, attendance, and other HR documentation.•Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation for internal use.Employee Relations:•Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.•Support the resolution of employee issues or concerns, escalating complex matters to senior HR staff as needed.Compliance and Reporting:•Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.•Assist with internal and external audits related to HR functions.•Help prepare compliance-related documentation and reports.Liaison Tasks:•Arranging meetings, addressing concerns, coordinating activities, and ensuring that information flows effectively .•Ensure that employee needs are met and that HR policies are implemented consistently.•Handle communication between the HR department and employees or between the company and external agencies.
