Details of the offer

Employee Records and Administration:
• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Track and process leave requests, attendance, and other HR documentation.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation for internal use.
Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Support the resolution of employee issues or concerns, escalating complex matters to senior HR staff as needed.

Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
• Assist with internal and external audits related to HR functions.
• Help prepare compliance-related documentation and reports.

Liaison Tasks:
• Arranging meetings, addressing concerns, coordinating activities, and ensuring that information flows effectively .
• Ensure that employee needs are met and that HR policies are implemented consistently.
• Handle communication between the HR department and employees or between the company and external agencies.
