Junior Financial Analyst - Financial Modeling Knowledge - Pasig

JOB SUMMARY: Analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and developing financial plans to support the strategic decisions of an
organization; Close collaboration with accounting teams to ensure accuratem financial reporting and compliance with applicable laws and regulations; Works closely with management teams to forecast future financial performance and to devise
strategies aimed at financial optimization and growth

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, and/or Economics; Master's Degree is advantageous
- Professional certifications (such as CFA or CPA) is preferred
- Proven experience in financial modeling, financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis
- Familiarity with financial reporting software and advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey financial information and insights
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
