WORK LOCATION: PasigSALARY RANGE: ?28,000 - ?38,000JOB SUMMARY: Analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and developing financial plans to support the strategic decisions of anorganization; Close collaboration with accounting teams to ensure accuratem financial reporting and compliance with applicable laws and regulations; Works closely with management teams to forecast future financial performance and to devisestrategies aimed at financial optimization and growth- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, and/or Economics; Master's Degree is advantageous- Professional certifications (such as CFA or CPA) is preferred- Proven experience in financial modeling, financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis- Familiarity with financial reporting software and advanced proficiency in MS Excel- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey financial information and insights- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
