Job Summary:

We are seeking a Jr. Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Chief Operating Officer (COO).
This role requires exceptional organization skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
The Junior Executive Assistant will assist in managing the COO's schedule, coordinating meetings, handling correspondences and performing various administrative tasks as needed.
Job Description:

• Assist in managing the COO's calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agenda, presentations and other materials as required.
•Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the COO, including emails, phone calls and written correspondence.
•Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical, ensuring information is easily accessible.
•Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the COO as necessary.
•Conduct research and compile data for reports, presentation and projects.
•Collaborate with other members of the executive support team to ensure seamless operations.
•Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and discussions.
•Perform additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the COO.
Job Qualifications:

•At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management /Marketing or its equivalent.
•Previous experience in an administrative role or supporting senior executive is advantage.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
•Excellent in communication skills both oral and written including report preparation, proposals or procedures.
•Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
•Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
•Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations.
•Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
•Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
•Positive attitude and team player mentality.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
