Junior Engineer

? Assist customer's concerns and queries? Repair and document any equipment from the client, both under warranty andchargeable.? Monitor status of engineering during projects.? Coordinate with customers in order to fulfill customer needs and satisfaction.? Create accurate reports and possible recommendations to customers.? Create turnover documents for sales and customers.? Create and save backup files for the alignment of equipment.? Handle remote support to clients? Ensure all received cases are properly recorded and reported.? Proper handover of cases to the co-tech support engineer? Monitor and report any defects in individual tools, special tools, projectequipment, software, etc.? Report to the engineering assistant manager or manager for issues encounteredin rendering the job.
