- Department: Commercial- Location: Philippines- Roles and Responsibilities- Continues to function as a Key Account Manager
- Acts as person-in-charge for critical Lazada-wide projects and initiatives
- Manages a team of at least 2 Key Account Manager, particularly time and resource management (work planning and day-to-day activity-planning)
- Works closely with Category Managers to formulate recommendations on how to grow the business/portfolio (including but not limited to proper tools and promotions to use)
- Finds ways to improve ways of working with different teams
- Works closely with the BPO/VKAMs to manage the work
- Makes regular presentations and be asked from time-to-time to attend e-Comm Management meetings

**Job Requirements**
- Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor's/College Degree
- Strong analytical skills (strong experience with excel analysis necessary)
- Can work with big brands under your assigned category
- Flexible, adaptive and versatile.
Needs to be able to slot into different teams.
Strong analytical and excel skills.
- Innovative problem-solving skills; dissect and determine root causes of problems and implement solutions.
- Possess superb business judgment with a desire to manage your own business
- The individual should have a proven track record of successful negotiations and relationship management (both internal and external).
