Junior Auditor

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Keen eye for detail, organization and problem solving skills.
- Ability to communicate to one on one and to groups to explain policies and procedures, and to persuade others to accept or adopt a specific opinion or action.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from coworkers
- Must be focused, pro-active, professional, independent, objective and ethical
- Must be able to manage conflict, self-motivated and action oriented

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform the execution of regulatory, financial, and operational audits and special projects.
- Report audit findings and to make recommendations for the correction of unsatisfactory conditions, improvements in operations, and reduction in the cost.
- Conduct interview for the purpose of understanding the processes.
- Perform requested audit.
- Regular post-audit of expense reports (cash advances liquidation and cash and revolving fund reimbursements).
- Notify employees via notices or memorandum for potential violation of existing policies relating to expenses.
- Perform other duties as assigned
