Junior Auditor

Formulate and implement effective internal audit policies and procedures and ensure compliance· Conducts regular audits of records, reports, operating practices, documentation, and inventory management systems· Can identify any data error, unaccountable transactions, faulty or inefficient processes· Discuss with management about audit observations, recommendations, and actions to be taken· Prepares final audit reports by documenting audit activities and findings · Maintains internal control systems by updating audit programs; recommending new policies and procedures· Responsible for overseeing and scrutinizing the complete process of audit checks, balance sheets, and accounts· Discuss with the immediate head/management about audit observations, recommendations, and actions to be taken· Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time JOBQUALIFICATIONS:· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Management, or equivalent· At least 1-year work experience in a related field is required· Can do multi-tasking and able to meet deadlines· Flexible and can work under pressure · Has good work ethics, integrity, and perseverance· Computer literate (MS Office, Google Suite), Internet-savvy· Excellent organizational and time management skills · Good oral and written communication skills· Can work with minimal or without supervision; exhibits a sense of urgency when necessary· Must be very detailed oriented, conscientious and systematic with a high level of accuracy to do the job, highly analytical, resourceful, and proactive· Required Skills: Audit, Legal Compliance, Documentation Skills, Attention to Detail, Reporting Research Results, Thoroughness, Presentation Skills, Financial Software, Corporate Finance, SFAS Rules, Objectivity· Amenable to work in Parañaque and Manila City in an office-based setup
