Junior Auditor

Formulate and implement effective internal audit policies and procedures and ensure compliance

Conducts regular audits of records, reports, operating practices, documentation, and inventory management systemsCan identify any data error, unaccountable transactions, faulty or inefficient processesDiscuss with management about audit observations, recommendations, and actions to be takenPrepares final audit reports by documenting audit activities and findings · Maintains internal control systems by updating audit programs; recommending new policies and proceduresResponsible for overseeing and scrutinizing the complete process of audit checks, balance sheets, and accountsDiscuss with the immediate head/management about audit observations, recommendations, and actions to be takenPerforms other related duties as may be assigned from time to time JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Management, or equivalentAt least 1-year work experience in a related field is requiredCan do multi-tasking and able to meet deadlinesFlexible and can work under pressure · Has good work ethics, integrity, and perseveranceComputer literate (MS Office, Google Suite), Internet-savvyExcellent organizational and time management skills · Good oral and written communication skillsCan work with minimal or without supervision; exhibits a sense of urgency when necessaryMust be very detailed oriented, conscientious and systematic with a high level of accuracy to do the job, highly analytical, resourceful, and proactiveRequired Skills: Audit, Legal Compliance, Documentation Skills, Attention to Detail, Reporting Research Results, Thoroughness, Presentation Skills, Financial Software, Corporate Finance, SFAS Rules, ObjectivityAmenable to work in Parañaque and Manila City in an office-based setup
