Job Description The ideal candidate will excel in talent acquisition, candidate experience, and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Source, attract, and recruit top talent. Review resumes, conduct screenings, and coordinate interviews. Manage the interview process and communicate with candidates. Maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and partners. Post job advertisements and ensure compliance with labor laws. Provide regular recruitment reports and promote employer branding. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field. 2-3 years of recruitment experience. Fluent in Spanish and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of local labor laws in Mexico. Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting across various industries. Familiarity with modern recruitment tools.
