Junior Architect

Gather and collect design requirements for new constructions, alterations, or repairs.
- Prepare architecture design based on design requirements.
- Submit architectural designs to management and clients for review and approval.
- Produce detailed workings, drawings, and specifications.
- Use CAD tool effectively to draft design drawings including 3D models.
- Consult other professionals about the design of an environment.
- Modify and update designs based on review comments from management.
- Regular site visits to check on progress, ensure that the project is running on time and to budget.
- Evaluate site conditions and constraints for construction projects.
- Update existing design techniques with respect to latest design trends.
- Maintain all the documentations related to architectural designs and construction conditions.
- Ensure to follow best practices and company standards.
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
