AutoCAD of Architectural Plans
3D Rendering- Estimate of materials, Bill of quantity
Site Visit two or three times a week
Skilled in computer applications(2d, 3d, CAD and Sketchup)
Attend to design coordination meetings with the client and other engineering disciplines.
Prepare design report and specifications.
Prepares shop drawings and other drawings that may be needed as attachments to letters, RFIs, presentations, reports, work methodologies and submittals
Participate in the sourcing of furniture, fixtures and materials for the implementation process of the designs
Engage in the preparation of project material quantities and cost estimate
