Junior Architect

Willing to assign Cavite and Mandaluyong AreaAt least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Prepare and negotiate cost estimates, budgets and work timetablesCoordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialistsInstruct and supervise construction personnel and activities on siteComply with legal requirements, building and safety codes and other regulationsSchedule and coordinate all construction processes so that project meets design specificationsEnsures that projects are completed on time and within budgetDevelop and implement quality control programsOversee and direct construction projects from conception to completionReview the project in-depth to schedule deliverable and estimate costsWilling to do site supervisionProficient in CAD 2D Drawing, Sketch Up 3D ModellingKnowledgeable in VRay rendering and other softwareKnowledge in building construction and estimates
