Junior Architect

-Willing to assign Cavite and Mandaluyong Area
-At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Prepare and negotiate cost estimates, budgets and work timetables
-Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists
-Instruct and supervise construction personnel and activities on site
-Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes and other regulations
-Schedule and coordinate all construction processes so that project meets design specifications
-Ensures that projects are completed on time and within budget
-Develop and implement quality control programs
-Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
-Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverable and estimate costs
-Willing to do site supervision
-Proficient in CAD 2D Drawing, Sketch Up 3D Modelling
-Knowledgeable in VRay rendering and other software
-Knowledge in building construction and estimates
