Junior Application Laboratory Technologist (Food And Nutrition)

Receive and record incoming samples.Safekeep, scan, and store documents received from incoming samples.Receive various material deliveries other than supplier samples such as equipment, furniture, utensils, raw and packaging materials.Prepare and record samples requested by commercial (outgoing samples).Prepare samples for the SPF test.Check and record stability tests.Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the Laboratory.Ensure enough stocks of PPE, cleaning, and sanitizing supplies.Help the Application Technologist during laboratory batch trials.Help Application Technologists in preparing equipment, tools, glassware, and raw materials used in prototyping.Wash and sanitize equipment, tools, and glassware after prototyping.Properly store all raw materials used for prototypes.Assist the Application Technologist in the sensory evaluation of prototypes.Assist commercial and Application technologists on preparations for seminars and innovation drives.Help with any request from the Application Technologist and commercial team.Maintain calibration and maintenance records of all lab equipment and alert Application Technologist for scheduling of calibration and preventive maintenance.Assist in filling out technical documents required by customers (questionnaires, technical data sheet, non-gmo cert, allergen declaration, safety data sheet, etc.)
